摘要
面向实际生产过程的热分析仪,融合了大量现场数据,其中的任一异常数据(野值)的出现都可能影响图形的效果。由于实际测量数据不可避免地会带有误差,因此,对测量数据进行预处理非常重要。以热分析仪为例,给出了一种判别野值的方法,结合虚拟仪器技术,显示了消除由于干扰引起野值后的波形以及运用二值平均法优化处理采集信号后的波形。该方法有效直观,为改进实时曲线,提高分析精度提供了有力依据。
The thermal analysis instrument for the practical producing process blends a great deal of data in the spot. Among the data, any abnormal value may affect the result of the sketch. Since errors inevitably exist in the measured data,it is very important to make pretreatment for the measurement of data.Taking the thermal analysis instrument as an example,a method of judging abnormal value is offered in the paper.Combined with virtual instrument technology,a wave pattern is displayed after removing the abnormal value owing to interference effect and optimizing acquisition signal by using the method of two data addition and evenness .This means is effective and perceptive,and supplies the forceful foundation for improving the real-time curve and enhancing the analytic accuracy.
