He is responsible for management of financial statement and balance sheet as well as foreign currencies, audit, taxation and investment bank planning. He is also responsible tor IT and investor relationship. Before participating into EMC as vice president in 1995, Mr. Bill Teuber had worked in Coopers & Lybrand L.L. P Auditing and Financial Consultation Service Office for seven years as a partner. He joined this company in 1976, in 1978, he became a CPA. He worked in the Auditing Office of this company until. Thereafter, he established a consultation company and an accounting company, which was acquired by Coo pers & Lybrand in 1988 and he was accepted as a partner directly. Mr. Teuber has Babson University MBA degree and is a member of board of directors of this university. He also has Bentley masters degree in taxation science and Holy Cross University bachelor degree,
