蛋白激酶C在缺血/低氧预适应领域研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 缺血/低氧预适应(ishaemic/hypoxic precomditioning,I/HPC)是一种内源性保护机制,即短暂、亚致死量的重复性缺血/低氧预刺激可引起组织或器官对继发严重低氧的耐受.这一预适应现象可发生在脑、心脏、肝、小肠、骨骼肌、肾脏和肺等器官系统.关于这一课题,尽管已有大量研究报道,并提出了一系列的可能机制,如谷氨酸和腺苷受体激活机制、ATP敏感K+-通道、一氧化氮、氧化应激和低温机制等,但到目前为止尚无一种公认的确切机制.
