Evaluation results on Sichuan provincial TB Control Programme

目的 评价结核病防治规划的执行情况 ,发现存在的问题和困难 ,提出建议 ,为政府决策提供科学依据。方法 采用统一的方案和调查表对贯彻实施结核病防治规划情况进行调查 ,调查表全部录入计算机进行分析处理。结果 各级政府制定结核病防治规划的占 77.2 % ,2 0 0 1— 2 0 0 3年结核病防治经费到位率分别为 4 8.8%、38.3%、5 1.0 % ;卫生行政部门中 96 .0 %将结核病防治纳入卫生工作目标。 2 0 0 1— 2 0 0 3年 6月 30日共发现传染性肺结核病人 4 732 1例 ,占 2 0 0 1— 2 0 0 5年规划目标任务的 33.8%。结论 进一步加强结核病控制工作刻不容缓。

Objective To evalute the implementation situation of TB control programme and to identify the constraints and difficulties for providing the scientific evidences for policy makers.Methods To use the unified method and questionnaire in this evaluation and all the data was collected and input into computer.Results 77.2% of the governments have developed the TB control programme plans.Rates of TB control funds were 48.8%,38.3% and 51.0% in 2001,2002 and 2003 respectively.96.0% of the health administrative sectors have put TB control into the health agenda.47?321 infections TB patients have been detected from January 2001 to June 2003.33.8% of case finding target of programme's 5 year plan (2001—2005) has been reached.Conclusion It is urgent to strengthen the TB control.
