多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像技术的临床应用研究

摘要 目的 初步探讨多层螺旋CT(简称MSCT)冠状动脉成像技术的临床应用价值。方法 对 3 0例临床疑诊为冠心病的患者进行八层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查 ,利用回顾性心电门控技术 ,0 5S螺旋扫描 ,静脉注射对比剂方法。将图象传送到SUN4 0图象工作站 ,运用CardIQSnapshot软件 ,多扇区重建技术 ,进行左、右冠状动脉及分支的二维曲面重建 ( 2D)、最大密度投影 (MIP)、容积再现 (VR)重建和血管仿真内窥镜 ,检查结果与导管法冠状动脉造影对照。结果  3 0例病人的冠状动脉成像 ,能够满足影像学评价的左冠状动脉主干、左前降支、左回旋支、右冠状动脉及其分支分别为 2 9例 ,2 6例 ,19例 ,15例 ,分别占96 7% ,86 7% ,63 3 % ,5 0 0 %。结论 多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像能够较好地显示冠状动脉及其主要分支 ,能够满足管腔评价 ,可作为冠心病的初步诊断和介入治疗的筛选及冠状动脉术后评价。 Objective To investigate initially the clinic al value of the multi-spiral computed tomography coronary imaging(MSCCI).Methods MSCCI was performed in 30 patients with suspected cor onary heart disease.The procedure underwent retrospective ECG-gated technique,0 .5s spiral scan and intravenous injection of contrast agent.The scan data were transferred to Sun 4.0 workstation where multi-fan area of Software CardIQ Snap shot reconstructe two-dimension picture,maximum density projection,volume review and vascular virtual endoscope on coronary arteries and their branches.The resu lts were compared with the coronary angiography.Results Of the 30 patients with MSCCI,the number of meeting e valuation of radiology diagnosis was 29 of left main coronary arteries,26 of lef t anterior descending,19 left circumflex,15 of right coronary arteries and their branches(accounted for 96.7%,86.7%,63.3%,and 50.0%,respetively).Conclusion MSCCI can adequately visulize coronaries and their main branches,so that we can preliminarily diagnose coronary heart disease,sele ct interventional treatment and evaluate post-procedure coronary artery by means of it.
