基于光学干涉层析技术,设计了一种多方向叠栅层析系统,给出了该系统的计算机层析算法,并对层析技术在激光柔性加工新技术中的应用等作了分析与讨论.

On the basis of the optics interference and moire CT technique, a multi-direction moire deflectometry optical system is designed.The computer CT algorithm is given.The application of CT technique in laser flexible machining is discussed.
