摘要
研究了氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定铜矿中的Ge,试验了HG-AFS仪器参数,酸度和还原剂加入量,及氢化物发生的条件对Ge荧光强度的影响,以及其共存元素的干扰,并采用硫脲对其干扰进行抑制.在选定的最佳条件下,测定铜矿中的Ge.方法检出限0.65μg/L.相对标准偏差为0.98%.回收率为96.8%~102.5%.
A method for determining Ge in copper mine by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry is described. The influences of HG-AFS operating parameters and acidity,hydride generation condition on the fluorescence intensity of Ge are investigated. The interference of co-elements was controlled by using thiourea. Under the best condition,the detection limit of the method for Ge in the copper mine is 0.65μg/L with relative standard deviation 0.98% and recovery rate 96.8%-102.5%.
