Feature and constraint factors of testing network based on Internet are discussed. In addition, its feasibilities are analyzed so as to adopt efficiently the opening intercommunication standard of internet which leads to build a univereal testing network based on existing Internet. Moreover the spot general line is to be replaced with Ethernet gradually,to realize universal testing network based on Internet all over the world.
