摘要
综述了各种碳化硼陶瓷低温烧结技术及其影响因素,阐述了粉末粒度、制备工艺和化学成分等关键因素对碳化硼陶瓷烧结温度的影响,分析了进一步降低碳化硼陶瓷烧结温度的可能途径。结果表明,通过以上几种途径可以实现低温烧结。
The low temperature sintering technology of boron carbide ceramics is summarized, stating granularity. The key factors influencing low temperature sintering are studied including power granularity, sintering technology, chemical ingredient and so on. In addition, the approaches that reduce the sintering temperature of boron carbide ceramics are analyzed. The results expatiate that boron carbide ceramics can be sintered in low temperature by approaches mentioned above.
