Quality Control and Test of Grouting Stakes

从沉管灌注桩的施工工艺着手，结合工程实践，提出沉管灌注桩质量控制要点，并对施工过程中可能出现的各种情况进行分析，提出相应的预控措施，针对桩基工程的特殊性，提出动静测结合法评价基桩受力特性，以反映工程质量情况．

Based on the techniques of building grouting stakes and the practical experience, this paper introduces main controlling methods of the quality of grouting stakes. It analyses all cases which may occur in the process of construction, and proposes some precautionary measures. Considering the characteristics of building stakes, we puts forth a testing method to evaluate the pressure endurance in dynamic and static state in order to reflect the real condition of the construction.
