儿童颅内结核临床及CT影像表现(附160例分析)

Clinical and CT imaging analysis of 160 children of intracranil tuberculosis

目的 :探讨CT影像表现特征对儿童颅内结核的诊断、治疗的指导作用。方法 :对我院住院治疗的儿童颅内结核病例 1 6 0例的CT影像资料与主要临床表现进行分析对照并结合疗效探讨CT影像表现特征对儿童颅内结核的诊断、治疗的指导作用。结果 :CT显示病变类型多样经常为 2～ 3种合并出现。CT显示晚期、慢性期患儿脑积水明显多于中期 ,二者具有显著差异性。儿童结核性脑膜炎预后取决于能否早期发现早期治疗。结论 :CT影像检查除帮助确诊外 ,还有助于选择恰当治疗方案、判断预后及疗效观察。

Objective:To investigate the guiding effects of cerebral CT manifestations on the diagnosis and treatment of child encephalic tuberculosis(CET).Methods:Data about cerebral CT and clinical manifestations of 160 CET patients hospitalized in our hospital from June 1989 to Jan 2003 were analyzed and the guiding effects of cerebral CT manifestations for the diagnosis and treatment of CET patients were evaluated through contrast analysis.Results:CT images showed that there were always 2～3 kinds of pathological changes appeared together. The CT images also showed that hydrocephalus existed more common among advanced and chronic CET patients than those in the metaphase and the difference was significant. The prognosis is determined by whether the patients were diagnosed and treated on time.Conclusion:Analysis on cerebral CT manifestations can not only help to determine the diagnosis of CET patients but also the proper treatment regimens and their effects as well as the prognosis.
