滑膜软骨瘤病X线征象分析

Analysis of X-ray sign of synovial chondromatosis

目的 :探讨本病的X线征象及其诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析经手术病理证实的 80例滑膜骨软骨瘤病的临床及X线表现。结果 :病变累及膝关节 5 2例 ,肩关节 12例 ,髋关节 8例 ,肘关节 6例 ,踝关节 2例 ,双侧膝关节对称性发现 7例。X线表现为关节均有轻度肿胀 ,关节周围见大小不等的小结节样钙化或骨化影。结论 :根据病变游离体发生部位可分囊内和囊外型。囊外型不出现关节退行性改变。囊内型通常表现有关节退行性改变和关节内游离体多发游离体钙化具有重要诊断价值。

Objective:To discuss the X-ray signs and its diagnosis for synovial chondromatosis.Methods:The 80 cases of synovial chondromatosis of data were reviewed and analyzed.Of these cases,52 were male,28 were female,age 13～52 years,mean age 35.5years.The course of diseases were 4 months and 15 years.The main signs were the joint light degree swell,aching and the joint function of the different degree obstacle.Joint around touched have the lumps.All cases are taken the X-ray photograph.Results:The knee joint 52 cases,shoulder joint 12 cases,hip joint 8 cases,elbow joint 6 cases,ankle joint 2 cases be involved in.Both sides symmetrecal pathological changes occur 7 cases,all is a knee joint.There were 56 cases surgical trauma history among 80 cases.All joint the X-ray signs contain light degree swell,and there were the different kind of big and small the nodes that were the calcified or ossified around joint.Conclusion:As loose bodies occurrence the position can be divide into the types inside joint bursa and outside the joint bursa.The types outside joint bursa don't appear the chance of joints degenerating,the types without joints bursa don't appear the chance of joints degenerating,the types inside joints bursa can usually appear the chance of joints degenerating and the inside joint loose bodies for the synovial chondromatosis.
