克大克消毒液抗菌作用的研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON ANTI-MICROORGANISM ACTIVITY OF KE-DA-KE DISINFECTANT SOLUTION

摘要 为评价以聚烯烃基胍为杀菌成分的消毒液的抗菌活性 ,应用琼脂打孔扩散和试验稀释法 ,测定了该液对 8种常见细菌的抑菌效果和最小杀菌浓度。结果 ,以含 5 0 0mg/L聚烯烃基胍的消毒液对白色念珠菌和枯草杆菌的抑菌活性较强 ,抑菌圈 >16mm ;对大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌及变形杆菌有一定的杀菌作用 ,抑菌圈为 10~ 14mm。测出的该消毒液最低杀菌浓度分别是白色念珠菌为 10 0mg/L ,金黄色葡萄球菌和伤寒杆菌为 2 5 0mg/L ,其它菌为 5 0 0mg/L。结论 。 In order to evaluate the anti-microorganism activity of the disinfectant solution containing polyalkonyl carbamidine as the germicidal ingredient, agar punching diffusion and test dilution method were used to measure the bacteriostatic efficacy and minimal bactericidal (fungicidal) concentration of the disinfectant solution against 8 kinds of common microorganisms. The results showed that the bacteriostatic (fungistatic) activity of the disinfectant solution containing polyalkonyl carbamidine 500 mg/L was relatively strong against Candida albicans and Bacilus subtilis with a bacteriostatic (fungistatic) zone >16 mm. The solution also had certain killing effect on Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella dysenteriae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Proteus, with bacteriostatic zone of 10~14 mm. The minimal germicidal concentration of this disinfectant solution was 100 mg/L for C. albicans, 250 mg/L for S. aureus, and S. typhi and 500 mg/L for other bacteria. Conclusion: This disinfectant solution has broad-spectrum anti-microorganism action.
