两种悬液法试验对消毒剂杀菌效果评价的比较

COMPARISON OF EVALUATION OF GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF DISINFECTANTS BY TWO SUSPENSION METHOD TESTS

为观察新旧版本《消毒技术规范》中的悬液法试验对评价消毒剂杀菌效果的影响 ,分别用规范第三版和 2 0 0 2版中的悬液法对达洁灵消毒剂杀灭菌效果进行了检测。结果 ,第三版规范悬液定量杀灭试验表明 ,含 2 5 0mg/L三氯均二苯脲 (TCC)的达洁灵消毒剂作用 3min对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌杀灭对数值为 4 ;以含 5 0 0mg/LTCC的该剂作用 5min对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值为 3.1。 2 0 0 2版规范悬液定量杀灭试验表明 ,以含 5 0 0 0mg/LTCC的达洁灵消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌作用 3min ,对白色念珠菌作用 7.5min ;以 2 5 0 0mg/LTCC的该剂对大肠杆菌作用 5min ,杀灭对数值均 >5。结论 ,规范新旧版规定的悬液法检测达洁灵消毒剂杀灭微生物效果的差异显著 ,新版比旧版方法所需消毒剂量明显增加。

In order to observe the influence of the suspension method tests given in new and old editions of 《Disinfection Technical Guidelines》on evaluation of germicidal efficacy of disinfectants, the suspension methods given in third edition and 2002 edition of the guidelines were used to measure the germicidal efficacy of Da-Jie-Ling disinfectant. Results: The suspension quantitative germicidal test of the third edition indicated that the killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to Da-Jie-Ling disinfectant containing triclocarban (TCC) 250 mg/L for 3 min was 4 and that of Candida albicans exposed to the disinfectant containing TCC 500 mg/L for 5 min was 3.1. The suspension quantitative germicidal test of the 2002 edition indicated that the killing logarithms of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to Da-Jie-Ling disinfectant containing TCC 5000 mg/L for 3 min, Candida albicans exposed for 7.5 min and Escherichia coli exposed to the disinfectant containing TCC 2500 mg/L for 5 min were >5. Conclusion: The results of measuring germicidal efficacy of Da-Jie-Ling disinfectant by the suspension methods specified in new and old 《Guidelines》were different significantly. The disinfectant dose required by the method in new edition was significantly higher than that required by the method in old edition.
