摘要
观察BFJ-2000A型被服消毒除臭机的消毒效果,进行了载体定量杀菌试验与现场消毒试验。结果,被服消毒机启动连续作用60min,对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种繁殖体平均杀灭率为99.99%。现场一床一袋消毒60min,对自然菌平均杀灭率为90.32%,2床一袋消毒60min,平均杀灭率为62.96%。结论,被服消毒机,采用一袋一床进行密闭消毒60min,密扎30min,消毒效果较理想。
In order to observe the disinfection efficacy of BFJ-2000A-type clothing disinfection and deodorization machine, carrier quantitative germicidal test and field disinfection trial were carried out. Results: Continuous operation of the clothing disinfection machine for 60 min killed 99.99% of vegetative form of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strip. In field trial, disinfection of one bed clothing in one bag for 60 min killed 90.32% of the natural bacteria in average. Disinfection of two bed clothing in one bag for 60 min killed 62.96% of the bacteria in average. Conclusion: Closed disinfection of one bed clothing in one bag for 60 min in the clothing disinfection machine and tightly ligating the bag for 30 min gave ideal disinfection efficacy.
