摘要
为了解紫外线对烧伤病室空气消毒效果 ,采用现场自然菌平板沉降法采样 ,对紫外线不同作用时间和照射次数进行了观察。结果 ,紫外线灯直接照射 30min ,可使烧伤病房空气达到Ⅱ类环境标准的合格率为 70 % (空气细菌总数≤ 2 0 0cfu/m3 为达标 ) ;照射 6 0min ,合格率达到 80 %。紫外线消毒停止 3h后空气细菌回升至消毒前的水平 ,因此要求烧伤病室空气紫外线消毒每次 30min以上 ,每日进行 6次照射。
In order to know the efficacy of ultraviolet rays in disinfection of air on burn ward, sampling by on-the-spot natural bacteria plate sedimentation method was used to observe different duration and frequency of ultraviolet irradiation. Results: Direct ultraviolet lamp irradiation for 30 min could result in rate of up to standard of class-Ⅱ environment standard (total bacterial count in air ≤200 cfu/m3) on burn ward air attained 70% and irradiation for 60 min resulted in up-to-standard rate of 80%. Three hours after discontinuation of ultraviolet irradiation, the bacterial count of air returned to the level before disinfection, it is, therefore, required to carry out ultraviolet disinfection of burn ward air for longer than 30 min each time and irradiation 6 times daily.
