河池市医疗机构消毒工作质量检测

EXAMINATION OF QUALITY OF DISINFECTION WORK IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS OF HECHI CITY

为了解河池市医疗机构消毒工作质量 ,用现场采样方法对各类医疗机构进行了监测。结果 ,市级、企业、县级医疗机构样本平均合格率分别为 93.0 7%、91.76 %与 89.14 % ,灭菌医疗用品不合格率分别为 5 .75 %、5 .83%与10 .5 7% ,室内空气细菌总数超标率分别为 6 4 .81%、70 .37%和 79.5 5 % ;物体表面、医护人员手与使用中消毒液细菌总数超标率介于 0 %～ 6 .12 %之间。

In order to know the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions of Hechi City, on-the-spot sampling method was used to carry out monitoring of various medical institutions. Results: The average eligible rates of samples from city-level, enterprise and county-level medical institutions were 93.07%, 91.76% and 89.14% respectively, ineligible rates of sterile medical products were 5.75%, 5.83% and 10.57% respectively, the rates of exceeding allowable total bacterial count of indoor air were 64.81%, 70.37% and 79.55% respectively and the rates of exceeding allowable total bacterial count of object surfaces, hands of medical and nursing staffs and disinfectant solutions in use ranged from 0% to 6.12%.
