β-连环蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及意义

The value of β-catenin expression in breast cancer

目的:β-连环蛋白的表达与乳腺癌病理分级,临床分期的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测116例乳腺癌中β-连环蛋白的表达。结果:116例中β-连环蛋白的阴性表达(表达减弱和消失)率为62.1％,β-连环蛋白在病理分级Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级肿瘤中的阴性表达率为33.3％、55.9％、89.1％,β-连环蛋白的阴性表达率在病理分级间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。β-连环蛋白在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期组和Ⅲ、Ⅳ期组的阴性表达率为35.4％、80.9％,两组间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:β-连环蛋白阴性表达与乳腺癌恶性程度有关,可以作为检测乳腺癌分期、分级的重要指标。

Objective: To study the relationship between β-catenin(β-cat) expression and the pathological grade, clinical stage in breast cancer. Methods: β-catenin was detected in 116 cases with breast cancer by using immunohistochemcal method. Results: The abnormal expression rate of β-cat was 62.1%. The abnormal expression was related to the pathological grade, clinical stage ( P < 0.01). Conclusion : Abnormal expression of β-cat in related to malignant tendency of breast cancer, and can be used as a marker of grade, stage of breast cancer.
