摘要
目的:缩短静脉用药时间,尽快抑制支原体感染,以根除病因。方法:设观察组64例,确诊后予以阿奇霉素静脉滴注,每日一次,连续5天,停药3天后改口服阿奇霉素顿服。服3天停4天为一疗程,连用2个疗程,总疗程为3周。对照组31例,白霉素静脉滴注,而后转换琥乙红霉素口服,总疗程为18-20天。结果:两组发热消退时间无显著差异(P>0.05),咳嗽减轻时间及咳嗽消失时间均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。副作用轻微腹痛、头晕,无严重不良反应及过敏反应。结论:阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗支原体肺炎具有静脉用药时间短、疗效好、副作用小、依从性好、治愈率高的优点,是值得推广的。
Objective: To adopt sequential Azithromycin therapy for mycoplasma pneumonia treatment for shortening the intravenous chemotherapy time, which is used to inhibit infection as soon as possible and then to eradicate the causative pathogen by discontinuous treatment. Methods : 64 of cases received sequential Azithromycin therapy that is Azithromycin for injection iv. gtt, qd for five days, then after 3 days since iv termination changed to 2 courses of oral Azithromycin treatment each of which included 3 days of drug taken in and then no drug administration for 4 days. The total duration of this sequential therapy was 3 weeks. In the same time, 37 cases of the control group were treated with Kitasamycin Tartrate for injection iv and then changed to oral Erythromycin Ethylsuccinale Tablets administration. The treatment duration was 18 - 20 days. Results: No significant difference was observed as to the fever disappearing time between the 2 groups ( P > 0.05 ) . But the difference of the cough alleviation time and the cough ending time between the 2 groups were very significant ( P < 0.001) . Side reaction of the sequential therapy included slight abdominal pain and dizziness and no serious adverse drug reaction and allergic reaction were observed. Conclusion : The sequential therapy of mycoplasma pneumonia by Azithromycin has many advantages such as the short duration of the intravenous treatment, good effect , slight adverse drug reaction and good patient compliance. It deserves to be spreaded.
