前列腺素E_1加用血栓通对股动脉硬化闭塞症家兔的治疗作用 被引量:7

Effect of combination of PGE_1 and Xueshuantong injection on ICAM-1 and ET-1 of rabbit with atherosclerosis obliterans

摘要 目的 观察联用前列腺素(PG)E1与血栓通注射液的中西医结合治疗的方法对股动脉硬化闭塞症家兔的细胞间黏附分子(ICAM)-1及血浆内皮素(ET)-1等因子的影响。方法 建立股动脉硬化闭塞症家兔模型,并观察PGE1、血栓通注射液及两者合用时对血浆ET-1、一氧化氮(NO)、血栓素(TX)B2、等细胞活性因子以及对血液黏滞度的影响。结果PGE1及血栓通注射液能有效降低血浆ET-1、AT-Ⅱ、TXB2及ICAM-1的含量,提高血浆NO水平;两者合用时降低ET-1、TXB2、AT-Ⅱ及ICAM-1与两种药物单用时差异有显著性(P<0.01);PGE1组对提高NO的血浆浓度作用与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01),与血栓通注射液组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。血栓通注射液在延长血液活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)方面与PGE1组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论联用PGE1与血栓通注射液对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症可能起到积极的治疗作用。 Objective To observe the effect of combination of prostaglandin E1(PGE1) and Xueshuantong injection on intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and plasma level of endothelins-1 (ET-1) of rabbit with atherosclerosis obliterans. Methods Rabbit model of atherosclerosis obliterans was established to observe the effect of PGE1, Xueshuantong injection and their combination on ET-1, nitric oxide (NO), thromboxane-B2 (TXB2) and blood viscosity. Results PGE1 and Xueshuantong injection could effectively reduce the content of ET-1, angiotensin- Ⅱ (AT- Ⅱ ), TXB2 and ICAM-1 and enhance the NO level in blood plasma. Combination of PGE1 and Xueshuantong injection could significantly reduce the levels of ET-1, AT- Ⅱ , TXB2 and ICAM-1 as compared with those of these two drugs used alone. NO levels were significantly increased in PGE1 group as compared with that in the control group and Xue-shantong injection group. Xueshuantong group and PGE1 group has marked difference in prolonging APTT (P<0.01).Conclusion Combined use of PGE1 and Xueshuantong injection might have positive therapeutic effects on leg atherosclerosis obliterans.
