股动脉外膜交感神经网剥脱切除对骨内高压血液流变学的影响

An Experimental Study of the Effect on Hemorrheology in Intraosseous Hypertension after Sympathec-tomy on the Membrane of Arteria Femoralis in rabbits

目的 探讨股动脉外膜交感神经网剥脱切除对骨内高压的影响。方法 30只新西兰纯种大白兔制作成右胫骨上端骨内高压模型,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组行右股动脉外膜交感神经网剥脱切除术,测量手术前、后两组骨内压及血液流变学。结果实验组在手术后骨内压由(22.06±7.52)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)下降至(18.13±6.89)mm Hg(P<0.05),对照组与实验组在手术后骨内压分别为(22.37±6.65)mmHg和(18.13±6.89)mmHg(P>0.05),骨髓内血液黏度值明显下降。结论股动脉外膜交感神经网剥脱切除后,骨髓内血液稀释,黏度下降,骨内压下降趋势。

Objective To explore the effect on intraosseous hypertension after teria femoralis in rabbits. Methods The model of intraosseous hypertension was established in 30 experimental rabbits. The rabbits were divided into experimental group and control group. The sympathectomy on the membrane of arteria femoralis was carried out in experimental group. The intraosseous pressure and hemorrhe-ology were measured in the experimental and control group before and after operation. Results The intraosseous pressure in experimental group was decreased from 22. 06 ± 7. 52 mm Hg(1 mm Hg= 0. 133 kPa) to 18.13 ± 6. 89 mm Hg (P<0.05) after operation. The intraosseous pressure in control and experimental groups was 22. 37 ± 6. 65 mm Hg and 18.13 ± 6.89 mmHg(P>0.05) after operation. Blood viscosity was decreased significantly. Conclusion The blood in medullary was diluted, the blood viscosiTy was decreased, and the intraosseous pressure decreased after operation.
