摘要
目的 :观察西拉普利和阿司匹林对实验性大鼠心肌梗死后神经内分泌系统和心功能的影响。方法 :采用结扎冠脉左前降支的方法建立大鼠心肌梗死模型 ,设立假手术组、梗死组、西拉普利组、阿司匹林组和联合组 ,术后2周测定心功能和循环中Ang Ⅱ、6 -keto -PGF1α、ET -1水平。结果 :梗死组与假手术组比较 ,血循环中Ang Ⅱ、ET -1升高 ,6 -keto -PGF1α降低 ,心脏收缩、舒张功能明显降低。与梗死组比较 ,阿司匹林组6 -keto -PGF1α降低 ,而心功能差别无统计学意义。西拉普利组、联合组的Ang Ⅱ、ET -1降低 ,心功能得以改善。西拉普利组与联合组心功能差别无统计学意义。结论 :西拉普利通过降低循环Ang Ⅱ和ET -1水平 ,抑制缓激肽降解 ,改善心肌梗死后心功能。阿司匹林对心梗后心功能无显著影响。西拉普利与阿司匹林联合应用不影响其作用。
Objective:To compare the effects of ACEI,aspirin,and combination of ACEI and aspirin on cardiac function and activity of neuroendocrine system in a model of myocardical infarction in rats.Methods:Myocardial infarction was induced in56Wistar male rats by ligation of the anterior descending coronary artery.Sham-operated rats served as controls(group A).One day after the operation,rats were randomized into4groups,group C(Cilazapril),group D(Aspirin),group E(Cilazapril and Aspirin),group B which did not re-ceive any drug treatment.After treated for two weeks,these rats were sacrificed.The levels of plasma an-giotensionⅡ,6-keto-PGF1αand endothelin were measured.Results:Compared with group A,there was a significantly difference in cardiac function among the four experimental groups.Furthermore,in group C and E,the cardiac functions were improved compared with that in group B.There was no significant difference between group C and E,and group B and D.Compared with group A,the plasma hormones(AngⅡ,ET-1)in group B were significantly increased,but they were reduced in group C and E.Compared with group A,the plasma hormone of6-keto-PGF1αwas decreased in group B.Conclusion:Cilazapril can improve the cardiac function of postinfarcted heart by depression the concentration of angⅡand the ET-1,and inhibition degra-dation of bradyknin.Aspirin has no effect on the cardiac function.Combination of Cilazapril and aspirin has no effect on Cilazapril.
