摘要
以醋酸水溶液为溶剂 ,邻甲苯磺酸为拆分剂 ,水杨醛为消旋剂 ,用不对称转换拆分DL -对羟基苯甘氨酸为D -对羟基苯甘氨酸。考察了影响拆分收率和纯度的因素 ,其适宜条件 :醋酸水溶液的浓度为 97% ,诱导结晶的温度为10 0℃。
The asymmetric transformation resolution of DL-p-hydroxyphenylglycine into its D-isomerswas studied by using o-toluene sulfonic acid as resolving agent、aqueous acetic acid as solvent and salicyladehyde as racemizing agent.The influences of process conditions on the productivity and purity were examined.The obtained optimum conditions were the concentration of aqueous acetic acid 97% and preferential crystallizing temperature 100℃.
