摘要
以苯酚和丙酮为原料 ,对甲苯磺酸为固体催化剂合成了双酚A。探讨了影响双酚A产率的主要因素 ,得到了合成双酚A的最佳反应条件 :苯酚与丙酮的物质的量比为 5∶1,催化剂用量为 10 % (质量分数 ) ,以苯作溶剂 ,用量 30mL ,在 80℃反应 5h ,双酚A的收率为 6 6 .8%。
Bisphenol A was synthesized from phenol and acetone using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.The influence factors of synthesis of bisphenol A were investigated and the optimum reaction conditions were found out.The optimum reaction conditions of bisphenol A were determined with amount of catalyst 10%,reaction temperature 80℃,teaction time 5 h,moles ratio of phenol and acetone 5:1.The yield of bisphenol A was 66.8%.
