摘要
生产甲乙酮的关键技术是制造仲丁醇。树脂直接水合法是以固体酸性阳离子交换树脂作催化剂 ,以丁烯在超临界状态下与水反应生成仲丁醇。该法省掉了大量硫酸和苛性碱 ,废水生成较少 ,对设备无腐蚀 ,流程短 ,设备少 ,投资少 ,产物与催化剂容易分离 ,催化剂使用寿命较长 ,消耗原料少 ,成本低。该法生成的副产品SBE可以掺入汽油中作燃料。
The critical technique on producing ethyl ketone is the producing of seconding butyl alcohol.Resin direct hydration method is the procedure that butylenes which is in super-critical status reacts with water to produce secondary butyl alcohol with the catalyst of acid cation exchange resin. This method consumes less vitriol and produces less wastewater.The equipments aren't corrupted.It also has the advantages as follows:brief process、few equipment required、low-invest of raw materials and low cost.The by-product SBE can be added in petrol as fuel.
