摘要
目的 研究不同剂量四氧嘧啶 (ALX)与禁食对小鼠糖尿病模型的影响。方法 给予小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量ALX ,分别按 2 0 0mg/kg体重、15 0mg/kg体重、10 0mg/kg体重 (qd× 2d) ,每个剂量组又分为禁食与不禁食两个对照小组 ,禁食是指于造模前禁食 12h ,各组均不禁水 ;采用断尾取血检测血糖 ,用析因设计方差分析法 ,比较ALX剂量因素和禁食因素对糖尿病模型动物血糖水平的影响。结果 ALX的三个剂量 ,按 2 0 0mg/kg体重、15 0mg/kg体重、10 0mg/kg体重 (qd× 2d)对小鼠血糖水平的影响无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,禁食与否对小鼠血糖的影响也无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 ALX三种剂量因素与禁食因素对制作小鼠糖尿病模型的影响无差异性。
Objective The purpose is to study the determining factors on diabetic mouse induced by different dosage of alloxan(ALX) and fasting. Methods By administering different dosage of ALX and fasting,mice were divided into 5 experimental groups induced by ip ALX 200 mg/kg,150 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg(qd×2d) respectively. Each group was subdivided into no fasting and fasting. The serum glucose concentrations of all groups were compared within 72 h after ip ALX. The glucose concentration was determined with analysis of variance of factorial design.Results The glucose concentrations of all groups after ip ALX 200 mg/kg,150 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg(qd×2d) respectively had no difference (P>0.05).The factor of fasting had no effect on the glucose concentration of all groups after ip ALX too(P>0.05). Conclusion Different dose of ALX and fasting has no significant effect on diabetic mouse model.
