北京市崇文区中老年人骨折影响因素的对照研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨中老年人骨折发生的影响因素 ,为防治工作提供依据。方法 对北京市崇文区 331例 5 0岁以上骨折患者和 993例对照者进行 1∶3配比的病例对照研究。结果 单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归分析均发现骨折与身高 (OR =1.0 4 5 )、家族史 (OR =4 .718)、30 5 0岁的体育锻炼 (OR =0 .6 2 6 )和目前承担的家务情况 (OR=0 .5 4 7)有关。结论 身高、阳性家族史是老年人骨折发生的危险因素 ,而 5 0岁前的体育锻炼和家务劳动是骨折发生的保护因素。 Objective To investigate the risk factors for bone fracture in the middle-aged and elderly.Methods A matched case-control study including 331 cases of bone fracture and 993 controls was carried out in Chongwen district in Beijing.Results The single and multiple conditional Logistic regression analysis indicated that stature(OR=1.045),heredity(OR=4.718), physical exercise(OR=0.626) from the age of 30 to 50 and current homework(OR=0.547) situation were significantly associated with bone fracture in the middle-aged and elderly.Conclusions The high stature, positive family heredity are the risk factors of bone fracture among people aged over fifty while physical exercise before the age of 50 and current homework situation are the protective ones.
