脑梗死的家族聚集性研究:222例先证者一级亲属发病状况

Familial aggregation of cerebral infarction:prevalence status of the first-degree relatives of 222 cases

目的:通过对先证者一级亲属脑梗死发病的调查,探讨在脑梗死病例分布的家族聚集性特点。方法:采用流行病学横断面研究的方法,对2002年度河北北方学院附属第一、第二医院收治的222例脑梗死先证者家族中脑梗死发病情况进行调查,并对其家族中病例分布进行二项分布及负二项分布模型拟合,经χ2检验进行频数分布拟合优度检验。结果:脑梗死先证者家系中的病例分布不服从二项分布(χ2=38.656,P<0.001),而是服从负二项分布(χ2=1.201,P>0.250)。结论:脑梗死的发病表现出明显的家族聚集性。

AIM:To investigate the prevalence status of cerebral infarction(CI) in the first degree relatives,and to explore the familial aggregation of CI. METHODS:A cross sectional study was carried out to 222 pedigrees of CI from the First and Second Affiliated Hospitals of Hebei North University in 2002.The binomial distribution and the negative binomial distribution model were applied for testing the goodness of fit of frequency distribution. RESULTS:In the pedigrees of CI,the frequency distribution of patients accorded with the negative binomial distribution(χ2=38.656,P< 0.001),but not with binomial distribution(χ2=1.201,P >250). CONCLUSION:There is significant familial aggregation in the pedigrees of CI.
