七叶皂苷钠抗脑出血后脑水肿的效果评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的:通过动态观测脑出血模型大鼠脑组织含水量变化,评价七叶皂苷钠抗脑出血后脑水肿的效果。方法:采用随机对照研究,将85只大鼠随机分为正常对照组,脑出血模型组,假手术组,治疗组A,治疗组B。采用胶原酶VII0.4IU复制大鼠脑出血模型,假手术组为生理盐水对照组,治疗组A,治疗组B是采用不同剂量的七叶皂苷钠,测定七叶皂苷钠治疗前后6,24,48,96h脑组织含水量的动态变化。结果:七叶皂苷钠治疗后各脑区的含水量比模型组均有减少,其中绝大部分脑区明显减少(P<0.05或0.01),而且从5~10mg/(kg·d),存在一定的量效关系,呈负相关,右侧在6~96h的相关关系为Y=80.658-0.465X(Y代表脑含水量,X代表治疗剂量,R2=0.217),左侧在24h的相关关系为Y=79.57-0.553X,R2=0.306。结论:七叶皂苷钠具有明显减轻出血后脑水肿的作用。 AIM:To evaluate the anti encephaledema effect of aescine sodium following intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) through dynamical observation on the water content in the brain tissue of rat model of ICH. METHODS:Eighty five rats were randomly divided into normal control group,ICH model group,sham operated group(saline control group),treatment group A and treatment group B.The ICH rat models were established by 0.4 IU collagenase VII.The rats in the two treatment groups received aescine sodium of different dosages.The dynamical changes of brain water content(BWC) were measured at 6,24,48 and 96 hours after ICH before and after treatment. RESULTS:The brain water content was decreased in all brain area after treatment,which was obviously decreased in most brain areas(P< 0.05 or 0.01),and there was a negative dose effect relationship between the brain water content and aescine sodium from 5 to 10 mg/kg per day.In the right from 6 to 96 hours,the relation was Y=80.658-0.465X(Y represented brain water content,X represented dosage,R2=0.217).In the left within 24 hours,the relation was Y=79.57-0.553X(R2=0.306). CONCLUSION:The sodium aescine has an obvious effect in relieving brain edema after ICH.
