摘要
采用酵母多糖法分别检测早期和晚期S180肉瘤荷瘤小鼠的红细胞免疫粘附功能(RCIA),发现早期荷瘤鼠的红细胞C3b受体活性下降,表面粘附的免疫复合物增多。晚期荷瘤鼠C3b受体活性下降,红细胞表面粘附的免疫复会物减少,提示由于癌肿的存在影响小鼠的红细胞免疫状态,肿瘤早期机体的红细胞有一定的粘附清除免疫复合物的能力,随着肿瘤发展,红细胞C3b受体活性受到严重的损害,最终导致机体红细胞免疫粘附能力低下。
Blood from 40 tumor-bearing(S180)BALB/C mice was assayed for red cell immune adherence function by Saccharomycetic assay.The resuls show:the activity of C3b receptor on the surface of erythrocytes(E)was decreased in the mice at early stage of tumor-bearing,IC adherence on the surface of E is increased.In the mice at advanced stage of tumor-bearing,the activity of C3b receptor was contintuously inhibited,but IC adherence was decreased.This suggests that tumor lesion affects RCIA function of mice.At early stage of tumor,E has some capability of adherence and cleaning IC.While tumor lesion developing,activity of C3b receptor is depressed seriously.This results in decreased RCIA function.
