摘要
高血压重症基底节区出血经手术治疗３０例，与同期非手术治疗３３例进行比较，手术组疗效明显优于非手术组，尤其以Ⅳ度手术效果为佳。术前病人的意识状态、血肿量、发病距手术的间隔时间、手术方式以及术前的心、肺和肾功能状况等因素均影响手术效果。
Surgical management of 30 cases of serious hypertension hemorrhage in basal ganglion is reported in this paper.30 operated cases are analyzed and compared with 33 no-operated cases.The results show that curative effect of operated group was much better than that of nooperated group,especially in those of grade IV.The operative results would be affected by many fectors,including the operative method,size of hematoma,interval before operation,preoperative consciousness and the condition of heart,lung and kidney,etc.
