摘要
检测老年心脑血管病及糖尿病患者133例的血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)、全血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)。冠心病、心肌梗塞的LPO比对照组明显上升(P<0.01);冠心病、心肌梗塞及脑梗塞的SOD比对照组及糖尿病组明显降低(P<0.01);冠心病及脑梗塞GSH-PX比对照组明显降低(P<0.01);GSH-PX/LPO在冠心病、心肌梗塞、脑梗塞和糖尿病都比对照组明显降低(均为P<0.05)。
This paper investigated and analysed LPO,SOD and GSH-PX in the blood from 133 cases for elderly patients with cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus.The results show that the contents of LPO for coronary heart diseases and myocardial infarction were increased more remarkably than that of control group(P<0.01).The contents of SOD for coronary heart diseases,myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction GSH-PX for coronary and cerebral infarction,and the rates of GSH-PX/LPO for coronary heart diseases,myocardial infarction,cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus respectively were decreased more signifiantly than that of control group and diabetes mellitus(P<0.01),and that of control groups(P<0.01and P<0.05).There were no notable difference among all experimental groups.This study reveals that the action of LPO is strong,the system of anti-oxidase is damaged and the response of organism is decreased for elderly patients with above four diseases.
