病例对照研究中两阶段抽样设计与参数估计方法

DESIGN AND ESTIMATOR OF PARAMETER FOR TWO-STAGE CASE-CONTROL STUDY

系统地介绍了病例对照研究中两阶段抽样设计和应用调整Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ模型估计参数的方法，结合实例探讨这种设计和参数估计的效率和应用效果。结果表明，这种设计和参数估计方法的效率明显高于传统仅对第２阶段样本进行分析的效率，已接近第１阶段暴露因素和混杂因素资料均为完整的分析效率；克服了传统病例对照研究中较为突出的研究对象偏性问题。可广泛应用于职业暴露调查和临床流行病学等研究。

he paper introduces the design and adjusted logistic regression estimator of parameter for two-stage case-control study,The data from an study on low-birth-weight babies have been an- alyzed.The results show that the efficiency of adjusted analysis for two-stage case-control da-ta is much high than that of unadjusted analysis for only second-stage sample and is close to thatof analysis for the entire information about exposure and covariables in first-stage sample. Thismethod can be widely used in the occupational exposure survey and clinical epidemiological study.
