摘要
用电导滴定法测定了阿斯匹林，水杨酸及阿斯匹林片中阿斯匹林含量，并用药典规定的指示剂滴定法作了比较，结果表明，电导法的精密度和准确度均优于指示剂滴定法。此外，电导法省去了加热水解的操作，简便省时。因而电导法用于测定阿斯匹林片的含量有实际价值。
he contents of aspirin,salicylic acid and aspirin tablet were
determined by conductometrictitration. The results obtained were compared with those by
indicator titration recommended inpharmacopeia. The results showed that the conductometric
titration has higher precision and ac- curacy than the indicator titration. Furthermore,the former
method omitted the hydrolysis stepby heating and is more simple and faster than the
latter.Thererfore,the conductometric titrationhas practical value for content determination of
aspirin tablet.
