摘要
对９例次风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄病人行经皮球囊导管二尖瓣成形术（简称ＰＢＭＶ），成功８例次。术后病人症状及各种检查结果均明显改善，说明ＰＢＭＶ对二尖瓣狭窄的近期疗效肯定，并具有创伤性小，严重并发症少，康复快等优点。

successful After percutaneous bal-loon valvuloplasty,symptoms and laboratory studies were
significantly improved The resuIt indi-cates that the post-operation effect of PBMV is satisfactory ,
with less injury and complication.
