体外循环心内直视手术后鱼精蛋白对狗血流动力学影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 体重10~20kg的狗21条,随机分成3组,2组在肝素化后分别从静脉或动脉注入鱼精蛋白,一组不肝素化,静脉注入鱼精蛋白。肝素化后不影响血流动力学的改变(P>0.05),静脉注入鱼精蛋白对血流动力学影响快而短暂,动脉注入鱼精蛋白对血流动力学影响作用缓慢而持久,不肝素化者经静脉注入鱼精蛋白无影响。 wenty-one dogs weighing 10~23 kg were divided ramdomly into three groups.roup lwas given protamine intravenously after being heperized, groupⅡwas given protamine intraate-rialy after being heparized and group Ⅲ was given protamine intnavenously withhout hepariza-tlon.Heparization has no effect on the.hemodynamics at all(P>0.05).Intravenous injection ofprotamine has swift and short effect on the hemodynamics,while intraaterial injection long andslow,and intravenous injection has no effect,on the hemodynamics of non-heparised dogs.
