摘要
采用组织培养方法获得足够数量的兔皮肤成纤维细胞。将２．５×１０５个同种异体成纤维细胞注入兔眼玻璃体后，细胞在眼内生长繁殖，形成增殖物。增殖物的收缩牵引终导致视网膜脱离。这一过程酷似人眼增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的临床特征。
