讨论了耻骨上前列腺缝合止血的两种方法所产生的并发症及其原因，认为采用４、８．点贯穿“８”字缝合及膀胱颈部自１２点间断横行对边缝合及缩小颈口为好，用代套的气囊导尿管压迫腺窝止血，术后并发症少，疗效满意。

he complications and their causes in supraptibic prostatectomy with two diffrent metods forhemostasis are disccused.It is believed that figure一of-eight sutures at the 4一and 8一o’ clockpositions,transverse suture at 12一o'clock position of bladder neck and constriction of the blad-der neck are suitable. Foley's ballon catheter with sheath was placed in the pit of the prostate forhemostasis. It has less complications and satisfactory results.
