摘要 [目的] 了解上海市市售保健食品的现况和存在问题。[方法] 采用统一调查表对上海市区内销售的保健食品进行调查。[结果] 调查的保健食品中,外埠和进口产品占74.2%;4.2%的保健食品没有保健食品批准文号,其中50%为进口保健食品;保健食品资源、产品结构及市场销售等方面存在一些问题。[结论] 《保健食品管理办法》实施后,保健食品卫生监督管理工作虽已收到成效,但保健食品的监督管理工作还需进一步加强,以促进保健食品市场的健康发展。 Objective] To find out the current situation and problems of functional food sold in Shanghai. [Methods] An investigation of functional foods sold in drug stores in Shanghai was made with the uniform questionnaires. [Results] 74.2% of functional foods came from other provinces and countries,and 4.2% products,among which 50% were inported from oversea,did not have the license of functional food.The other common problems were unreasonable elements in the resource,structure of functional food and marketing management. [Conclusions] Achievement in functional food management had been gotten after implementation of the Act of Functional Food, but there was much room for improvement in the management.
