摘要
针灸学家陆瘦燕、朱汝功认为针灸在临床辨证上与其它各科一样，应用四诊采集病史、追查三因、综合分析、辨证施治，其差异在于针灸治病用针或灸的方法作用于腧穴，通过经络调经脉、通气血、温阳起陷、补虚泻实，所以在四诊的运用上，尤应重视切诊。提出除切寸口脉外，还应切“肾间动气”、“虚里三脉”、“冲阳”、“太溪”、“厌”、“太冲”等脉。
AcupuncturistsLUShouyangandZHURugongbelievedthatlikeinotherclinicaldepartments,itwasalsonecessarytocollectinformationaboutmedicalhistoryandtracethreereasonsforcomprehensiveanalysisandofferingtreatmentsbypatternidentificationinacupunctureclinicalserviceandtodistinguishthatacupuncturetreatment,bytheneedlesormoxibustionfunctionsontheacupointsbyregulatingthemeridians,promotingqiandblood,warmingyangandcorrectingweaknessandtonifyingdeficiencyandreducingexcessthroughthemeridians.Therefore,palpationmustbeemphasizedinparticularinapplicationofthefourdiagnosticmethods.ThisarticleputsyouwardthatbesidepulsediagnosisonTheradialartery,itisnecessarytopalpatethepulsesofthemovingqibefweenthekidneys,threepulsesofdeficientinterior,Chongyang(ST42),Taixi(KI3),Hanyan(GB4)andTaichong(LR3).
