Explanative Analysis of Study on Lily Disease in "Synopsis of Prescriptions of Golden Chamber" and Its Patterns and Herbal Formulas

针对《金匮》百合病的发病原因、临床表现及其治疗方法.结合后世医家有关证治实践展开讨论。认为该病与脏躁、癫狂发病机制迥然有异，应属发生于热病之后，由阴虚内热而引起的.以饮食、睡眠、行动异常为特征的机能失调性常见病，治疗应以养阴补虚、清心安神为基本原则。

In the discussion about the causative reason, clinical manifestations and therapy of Lily Disease in' Synopsis of Prescriptions of Golden Chamber', in combination of the practice of related therapies by medical practitioners in the later generations, the authors believe that this disease, with its causative mechanism different from that in hysteria and mania, is caused by yin deficiency and internal heat after occurrence of febrile diseases and is a common disease of functional disorder manifested by abnormality in diet habit, sleep and behavior and that the basic principle of the treatment should be decided to nourish yin, tonify deficiency, clear away heat from the heart and calm the mind.
