健脉981对消退家兔动脉粥样硬化斑块的实验研究

Experimental Study on "Meridian-Strengthening 981" in Eliminating Atherosclerotic Plague in Rabbits

以高脂新西兰兔动脉粥样硬化（AS）模型，探讨补虚复方（健脉981）预防与治疗组对消退兔AS斑块的作用，并与空白模型、二陈丸、大黄虫丸、西药脉通胶囊相对照。结果：预防组对消退家兔胸主动脉内膜脂质浸润、升高高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、载脂蛋白（ApoAl）值有明显疗效。治疗组能显著消退AS斑块，对胸主动脉内膜脂质浸润平均降幅为69.8％，冠状动脉脂质浸润平均降幅为67.49％，明显优于各对照组;并能显著升高HDL、ApoAl值及超氧化物岐化酶（SOD）的含量，降低脂质过氧化物（LPO）、血栓素B2（TXB2）、6-酮-前列腺素Fla（6-Keto-PGFla）的含量.明显优于各对照组。

Atherosclerosis model (AS)in the New Zealand rabbits with hyperlipoproteinepimia was used to investigate the function of the Deficiency - Tonifying Compound Formula('Meridian- Strengthening 981 ') in eliminating AS plague rabbits in the prevention group and treatment group, in comparison with the control group and the groups of 'Double Vintage Pills,' Rhubard and Eupolyphaga Pills' and Beniol Capsules of western medication . The results showed that in the prevention group, there was obvious therapeutic effect in eliminating aortic intimal lipid infiltration and enhancing high density lipoprotein (HDL) and apolipoprotein (ApoAl ). In the treatment group, AS plague could be eliminated remarkably and the average amplitude was 69. 8% in litimal lipid infiltration of the thoracic aorta and 67. 49% in lipid infiltration of the coronary artery, obviously better than those in the various control groups. Also HDL, ApoAl value and superoxide dismutase (SOD) content could be enhanced remarkably, with lipid peroxide (LPO ), thromboxane B2 (TXB2 ), 6 - Ketone - prostaglandin Fla (6 - Keto -PGFla)content decreased, remarkably better than those in the various control groups. The conclusion is that 'Meridian - Strengthening 981' Possesses the obvious preventive and treating function for atherosclerosis and remarkable effect for elimination of AS plague.
