Application of Composite Index in Evaluating the Hospital Provide for Society

本文介绍了病区社会服务工作效率指数、社会服务工作强度指数、社会服务综合指数的指标构成、计算和应用的方法,并在此基础上进行了讨论。运用社会服务指数可以分析和评定卫生技术干部在单位时间内为社会服务的工作效率和工作负荷程度;可以了解卫生技术人员、设备、技术、物资的利用情况,同时也能反映医院管理方面的成效和问题,在实行工作与奖惩挂钩的过程中,起到了较好的效果。

An introduction is given in this paper about the target constructive as well as the calculation and application of the efficiency index, intensity index and composite index of social service in the medical-care district, and on the basis of that a discussion was held.The social service index can be applied to analysing and evaluating the health workers' efficiency and work load at unit time when they serve the medical-care district. It can also be used to get informed of the health personnel , equipments, technology, and to reflect the effects or problems with the hospital management as well. Linking with the system of rewards and punishments in actual works, it has been proved effective.
