By representing the crucial function of service and supervision the hospital statistics plays in implementing the hospital standardized management, this article argues that with the ever-deepening reform of hospital managerial mechanism ,the responsibility coverage of hospital statistics is constantly expanding, and it is more and more becoming an important and indispensable component in policy-making and quantity-management in the process of standardizing the management of hospital.
