摘要
本文利用我院92年收集的民意调查资料,拟用模糊评价法,对我院的医疗管理水平进行综合评价。旨在验证这一评价方法,不仅可以用于医院经济效益的评价,也可以用于医院综合管理工作的评价,以及在不同医院中进行综合评价。本评价方法共分五个步骤。现结合实际资料,对该法在医院管理综合评价中的应用,进行探讨。
The fuzzy evaluation is used to make a comprehensive evaluation of the treatment and management level of our hospital on the basis of the poll conducted in our hospital in 1992, with a purpose of testing and verifying if this method can be effectively applied to evaluating the comprehensive hospital management as well as the hospital economic effectiveness, and make the comprehensive evaluations in different hospitals. The fuzzy evaluation stated in this paper consists of five steps. Based on the actual data, we shall hereby give further studies on application of the fuzzy e-valuation in the comprehensive evaluation of hospital management.
