关联度分析在医院年收治病人数影响因素研究中的应用

Application of Incidence Analysis in the Study of the Factors Influencing the Annual Numbers of In-patients in a Hospital

本文应用关联度分析方法对河北省医院年收治病人数的影响因素进行了分析研究.结果表明:与医院年收治病人数关联度最大的影响因素是病床周转次数,其次是年平均开放病床数和病床使用率.据此提出:为最大限度提高医院工作的社会效益和经济效益,应注意增加病床周转次数,同时要尽可能扩大开放病床数,提高病床使用率.

In this article, the factors influencing the annual numbers of inpatients of the people's Hospital of Hebei Province are studied and analysed by the method of incidence analysis. The resultsshow that the rates of turnover and utilization of the hospital beds are the most important factorsinfluencing the annual number of in-patients. We suggested, on the basis of the study, that theturnover times, rate of utilization and opening of the hospital beds should be increased in order toraise both the social and economic benefits of hospital to the maximum.
