Programme Designing for HIS Medical Statistics System

我院已开发出HIS(医院信息管理系统)医疗统计系统软件.在确定研制方案中,以卫生部颁布的病案首页、国际疾病分类ICD—9码及手术操作分类等标准为基础,并结合辽宁省卫生厅(市局)对各级医院报表的具体要求.我们将该软件赋与了如下特色功能:为与各级医院的交流与应用,在该软件中设计了‘自定义式’医院机构设置的功能,它不仅完成综合性医院对统计报表的要求,更方便了各级专科医院的统计工作.软件运行中,ICD—9码表做在线帮助,软件将ICD—9码表由多种疾病分类原则和汉语拼音疾病名称共同产生标引.极大地改进了统计人员选定ICD—9码繁琐的工作,使统计人员的输码工作代码化.

We have developed the software of HIS (hospital information system) Medical Statistics System. When defining the plan , we took as the basis the first page of the disease cases issued by theMinistry of Public Health, the ICD-9code of the international disease classificaton and the surgical-operation classification. On the basis of the concrete requirements concerning the hospital reportforms formulated by the Liaoning Provincial Public Health Bureau, we attached to the softwarethe following characteristics. For the purpose of exchanging and application, we designed into thesoftware the 'make definition by yourselves' function for setting up hospital organization, whichnot only fullfiled the requirements for the statistical reporting forms of the comprehensive hosp-tals, but also,was convenient in use for the specialized hospitals. As the software runs, ICD-9code will offer assistance on line. The- software will make ICD-9 code table produce the labels by the principles of classifing diversified diseases and the disease names of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet. It will greatly reform the statistical methods of choosing the ICD-9 code, making the codeinputing codized.
