摘要
应用显微外科技术对12例患者行输卵管吻合术,结果全部通畅,9例妊娠.认为:手术成功与结扎方式、输卵管长度、术后及时通液及预防感染有关.
Anastomosis of fallopian tuba was used in 12 patients by the technology of microsurgery, of whom all the oviducts werr clear and pregnancy occurred in 9 patients. It is considered that the successive operation could be associated with the ways of tubal ligation, the length of individual oviducts,timely getting through of the tube after operation as well as prevention of postoperative infection.
