复方制剂中土霉素的含量测定

DETERMINATION OF CONTENT OF OXYTETRACYCLINE IN COMPOUND PHARMACEUTICS

采用一种直接旋光法,以复方制剂中有色组分的0.1NHCl饱和液为溶媒,对复方制剂中的土霉素进行含量测定.结果表明;对自制6批的复方制剂的含量测定,回收率为99.98%(S=0.35、CV=0.35%);测定含量的百分率为100.68%(S=1.91、CV=1.90%).本实验方法测定土霉素的含量准确、可靠、操作简单,可采用此方法对复方制剂中的土霉素含量进行标准检验及生产过程中的质量控制.

Oxytctracy content contained in compound pharmace tu tics were determined with 0.1N HC1 colourful component for saturation solution by direct optical rotation. As a result, content of six batches compound phar-maceutics made by oursclf have been determined. Rate of recovery is 99.98% (S=0.35, CV=0.35%).Percentage of determing content is 100.68% (S=1.91, CV=1.90%).The way to determine content of oxytetracycline is accurate, reliable and easy operating. So we can tape this way to inspect content of oxytetracycline contained in compound pharmacetics and control quality of producting process.
