摘要
应用滤网尿液检查法,检查了17例泌尿系统疾病患者的早晨第一次尿液或24小时尿液,共发现螨阳性者9人.所分离出的螨经鉴定有3种,即粗脚粉螨(Acarus siro)、粉尘螨(Dematophagoides farinae)和谷跗线螨(Tarso-nemus granrius),隶属于3科3属.9例尿螨阳性者的主要表现为水肿、全身不适、发热、尿频、遗尿、蛋白尿、血尿和脓尿等.
17 cases with urinary disease were examined for the possible existence of urinary acariasis by urine filtration though copper wire sieve, and nine cases were found positive for mites in their first urine in the morning or 24-hour urine.Three species of mites were isolated from the urine of these sufferers. Acarus siro Dematophagoides farinae, and Tarsonemus granarius which belonged to three subject and three genus.The main clinical symptoms, edema, general malaise, fever, frequency of micturition, enuresis, albuminuria, hematuria, pyuria etc.
